Breakthrough Victoria is a funding agency for the Australian state of Victoria that funds R&D. The funds provided to ColdQuanta will be used to establish the ColdQuanta-Swinburne Quantum Technology Centre at Swinburne University in Melbourne. The investment will fund the building of an advanced manufacturing capability for certain quantum components including glass cells used in the cold atom technology and creation of an education and training center to prepare the future quantum workforce.
