Clarifying Quantum Supremacy: better terms for milestones in quantum computation

The terms Quantum Supremacy and Quantum Advantage are widely used, but the definitions of these terms have not been precise and not everyone uses them in the same way. Will Zeng, the force behind the Unitary Fund, has written an article on Medium to provide a proposal to better define these terms and we are recommending that folks take this proposal into consideration if they are going to use the terms.
