The Israeli Ministry of Defense and Innovation Authority has sent a tender for development of a 30-40 qubit quantum computer to both commercial and academic organizations. The proposed budget would be 160 Million Shekels ($60M USD) with an expected project start before the end of 2021. Additional details are reported on the Bloomberg Quint website here.
