Unitary Fund Announces a Quantum Open Source Software Survey

The Unitary Fund team is announcing its first Quantum Open Source Software (QOSS) survey to get a better understanding of the quantum computing community’s needs, background and to improve their products/services/events and educational material. The survey will cover information on demographics, experience, community, research, tech stacks and encourage specific feedback. The Unitary Fund is also releasing a related survey understand the state of Diversity & Inclusion of the Quantum Open Source Software (QOSS) community. They are encouraging everyone who codes or wants to code for and with quantum computing technologies to fill out both of these surveys so they can get a better idea of the collective opinion of these issues within the quantum community. The deadline for filling out this survey is September 23, 2022. After analysis of the input data, they will be publishing and sharing the anonymized and aggregated results with the entire quantum community.
