Who's News: Management Updates at D-Wave, ColdQuanta, and Zapata Computing

D-Wave and ColdQuanta have announced updates to their Board of Directors and Zapata has named a Chief Revenue Officer.

In preparation for the closing of their SPAC transaction, D-Wave has announced that Roger Biscay, Amy Cappellanti-Wolf, Emil Michael and Michael Rogers will join the D-Wave board and that Steven West will be named the Chair of the Board of Directors. They will join current board members Alan Baratz and Eduard van Gelderen. The new members will bring substantial experience in emerging technologies, financial management, human resources, geopolitics, and cybersecurity to D-Wave. ColdQuanta has added Dawn Meyerriecks to their Board of Directors. Meyerriecks most recently served as the Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for Science & Technology (S&T). She has many years of information technology and government experience and has held previous positions at the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and AOL. And finally, Zapata Computing has brought on Gregg Carman as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He will be responsible for all aspects of Zapata's sales and revenue, customer solutions delivery, and building the company's market share. Carman most recently was the Chief Revenue Officer of Nuvolo, a workplace software company. He also has previous experience at C3.ai, Humanyze, Mattersight, SAP, and Siebel Systems.
